Included in the registration fee is Sunday evening reception, breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Monday and Tuesday, admittance to the sessions. Golf Outing is an optional event and not included in the registration fee.
Online registrants will receive immediate confirmations/receipts via email. All other registrants will receive emailed confirmations/receipts of registration once processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact NSIPA before the annual seminar to guarantee receipt of your registration.
Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
Registration cancellations prior to or on March 24 will incur no penalty. Cancellations after March 24 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to NSIPA and received by April 15. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after April 15 because committed funds and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.
Substitutions from within the same organization are permitted at no additional cost if received by March 24. After March 24, substitutions are $50. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed online registration form.

If NSIPA cannot hold the annual seminar due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid attendee will receive a copy of the handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants. NSIPA is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with the annual seminar.
